This is a responsive website designed and developed for LandPLUS Group. LandPLUS has been providing real estate services for more than 20 years and is now one of Singapore’s premier estate agency groups providing and offering professional and comprehensive property service to our Purchasers, Landlords, Tenants, Investors, and Developers.

A responsive website means it can be viewed on a desktop, laptop, and other mobile devices (iPad, mobile phones, etc).

The challenges we come across this time are:
1.Client’s old website was built several years ago, both content and layout need to be updated. Although the content is voluminous and contains a lot of details, client prefer to showcase it in short webpages and in a smart yet tidy way.

We use Advanced Tab this time to achieve this requirement, which displays key information in an interactive manner that support custom made nested tabs design to attract audience on an instance. (check 01 Pre- & On Arrival, 02 Settling In, 03 Departure part on Home page and the Statements part on About page)

2.Whole website visual style and coloring of all the photos to match its logo

3.On Resources page, use Dynamic Gallery with filter controls for easier navigation to make posts easier to find out

4.Slider controls for timeline, testimonials and Awards on About page

5.Online Flip Book with both preview and download function

6.Internal login pages for Client, Agent, Home Office and Web Mail
