This is a responsive website designed and developed for YES (Your Estate Specialist LLP). YES is a local Real Estate Group company doing sales and leasing of HDB resale flats, private residential condominiums, commercial and industrial properties, as well as refinancing and building management for all types of properties.

A responsive website means it can be viewed on a desktop, laptop, and other mobile devices (iPad, mobile phones, etc).

The challenges we come across this time are:
1.Client’s old website was built several years ago, both content and layout need to be updated. This time, client wants a visually modern and happening new website, at the same time, must match its logo – In order to achieve this goal, I utilize and highlight the logo’s bright yellow color to add a modern and fresh touch to the website.

2.Client already has its own Salesperson and Property listing database, so the new website needs to be synchronized with the existing database.
